An English summary of this video is below. The original video, published in French in La Lettre Vert, follows.

This investigation began in December 2023 and aimed to understand how community forests operate in both Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and Gabon, two countries with high forest cover. The grantees explored the success models, failures and dysfunctions that affect communities in the implementation of Community Forests projects. This is a comparative model based on the experiences of DRC and Gabon in setting up and managing the Community Forestry.
